Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Domestic: Standard delivery with a flat rate of RM10 within 1-4 business days.
  

• Lost/Damaged Packages: Contact us immediately within 7 days if your package is lost or arrives damaged, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
